What should I expect on my first invoice?
Local phone companies bill one month in advance, based on a 30-day billing cycle. NT&T only has one billing cycle and it runs from the 1st of the month to the end of the month. Our customer’s first bill normally includes pro-rated charges, as well as, the advanced billing. This is the result of their conversion date occurring after the 1st of the month. For example if the customer converts on the 10th of the month their invoice will include prorated charges for days of service from the 11th of the month through the end of the month as prorated charges and the next months advance billing. Payments are due either on the 20th or 25th of month. Please see the due date listed on your invoice.
