What should I expect on my first invoice?

Local phone companies bill one month in advance, based on a 30-day billing cycle. NT&T has one billing cycle that runs from the 1st of the month to the end of the month. Our customer’s first bill normally includes prorated charges, as well as, the advanced billing. This results from the conversion date occurring after the 1st day of the month. For example, if a customer’s service converts on the 10th of the month, their invoice will include prorated charges for days of service from the 11th of the month through the end of the month and the next months advance billing. Payments are due either on the 20th or 25th of month. Please see the due date listed on your invoice.
